Become a role model in the wine sector in terms of digital communication, rejuvenate the target, expand the community and increase online sales. Our other goals were to strengthen and expand the popularity of Galician wine in Spain and to contribute to wine tourism in the region.
Viña Costeira is currently the most optimized website for mobile versions of all the Galician wineries on the market.
The digitalization of Viña Costeira involved different phases to build a complete online strategy. We were committed to generating awareness of both brand and product and we focused on the launch of e-commerce.
We searched, identified and selected keywords that were relevant to the future web structure. In turn, we implemented a digital measurement plan using the advanced settings of tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager.
We defined and executed the annual online communication plan. To this end, we carried out a preliminary audit and analysis on the strategy previously rolled out, proposing objectives, KPIs, new lines of action on social media and blog. After this staging phase, we worked with the Viña Costeira marketing team to coordinate promotional actions and special campaigns. We also took on Community Management.
We made recommendations regarding the strategic framework, managing digital media campaigns. We set guidelines on the investment, segmentation and construction of campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Google AdWords (Search and YouTube).
We designed the user experience and developed the new Viña Costeira e-commerce, providing it with greater flexibility and agility. We optimized the purchase process and the presentation of brands and products.
This project was special because all the agency’s departments were involved, meaning that, as in the case of some of our other projects, we implemented agile methodologies that involved the Viña Costeira team throughout the process. We worked side by side to maximize results, performing regular reviews and making proposed improvements on an ongoing basis.
