Vimoda Group is a business group specializing in the manufacture and import of textile fashion, pharmaceutical products and mobility.

Thanks to its extensive experience in the sector and its highly qualified professionals, it has become a benchmark in its three business verticals.

We catered to its business needs

Taking into account the period of transformation and evolution currently at work in the world of communication, we needed to adapt Vimoda Group’s business model to the current digital context, in coherence with the business group’s medium and long-term objectives.

In order to implement a professionalized digital strategy adapted to each of the three verticals they work with (fashion, pharma and mobility), we had to develop the solid digital foundation that they lacked, both to respond to the needs of partner companies (B2B) and individual users (B2C).

Significant results (six months)

  • Configuration and start-up of four new social channels, with a total of more than 2,000 followers and already surpassing 300,000 impressions/month.
  • Increase of more than 100% in overall traffic.
  • More than 300 conversions (registrations) were achieved in fashion, one of the priorities of the project.

Strategy made the difference.

Since the three verticals are so different from one another, a global strategy was drawn up for the group to avoid inconsistencies. In turn, a specific strategy for each field was drawn up, taking into account that their specific objectives, target audiences, sectors and contexts are totally different.

To summarize, a first initial phase was carried out in which we fully immersed ourselves in each of the fields. Afterwards, and in consensus with the entire project team, the decision was made to prioritize the development of a powerful e-commerce that would be at the height of the project and accompany business growth to digital progress.

Thus, with the participation of all of the agency’s departments and always under a well-defined digital strategy, a website was published that puts the spotlight on all the activity of the business group, giving special prominence to B2B fashion (being its core) and B2C Pharma (being the most recent development and taking into account the enormous market growth).

At the same time, the visual identities of both the group and its main brands underwent a complete overhaul, and its presence at the communication level was greatly enhanced. These were the initial steps in a project on which there is a long way to go and which is currently still in the “digital birth” phase.
