Helmeca Personal GmbH is a German company founded in 2011 that specializes in integrating early childhood educators into the German labor market.
They offer a career plan, professional development and qualification recognition that allow educators to access the German education system. Since 2012, more than 500 Spanish early childhood educators are now working in German nursery schools thanks to Helmeca!
Help the company in the digitization process by defining a digital marketing strategy that could support all the efforts made from the sales department as well as the launch of the online model of the service.
The ultimate goal is to get early childhood educators to learn about the Helmeca program through digital media and want to be part of this work experience.

We carried out a comprehensive strategy in which we phased, according to the needs of the company, the implementation of the different departments involved in the digital strategy: communication and social networks, web design and UX strategy, SEO and analytics.
Once the digital strategy was developed and the company’s needs identified, we proceeded to implement the strategy. We started by managing and consulting its social networks, to later develop a well-optimized website and the corresponding SEO maintenance.
As a phased project, we were able to progressively appreciate Helmeca’s digital growth through the different fields, each of them contributing their expertise in digital strategy to help achieve the objectives set by the company.
