Give visibility to the export service offered by DHL Express and create a community of followers, in parallel with the creation, management and dynamization of a new Facebook channel. Create useful and interesting information, promote the customer cash and provide DHL Spain with an added value in its digital presence.
With respect to the microsite, build B2B customer loyalty, improving internal communication and the perception of the company’s value starting from user registration.

We managed to turn their channels into the reference channels for user queries about shipments from Spain and Latin America.
After a joint analysis with the project team, a great opportunity to improve DHL’s overall digital presence was detected: the creation of a “Send with DHL” channel. To this end, strategy and visual guidelines were defined, content was created and a sponsorship plan was implemented according to the objectives.
At the same time, with a greater focus on B2B loyalty, we created a microsite while involving all levels: sketching, content, design, layout and publication.
The project with DHL Express was special because right from the beginning it evolved. The strong results encouraged us to continue collaborating on different microsites, increasingly optimizing the user experience from the experience gained from creating the previous landing pages.
